We collect some of this information using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Some features of the Services use artificial intelligence to generate analyses and respond to questions. Content you submit through these features (including questions and uploaded files) may be processed by the third-party AI service providers we use to operate them. We encourage you not to submit sensitive personal information through these features.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, AI and data processing, and analytics. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

- With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; if you disable cookies, some features of the Services may not function properly. Where we use third-party analytics services, they may set their own cookies to help us measure site usage.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (such as those in Virginia, California, Colorado, and other states), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to appeal a decision on your request. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@nordicrd.com.
- Visitors from the EEA, UK, and other regions. Where applicable law provides them, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
