These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, content, applications, and services provided by Nordic Road LLC (“Nordic Road,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our public website at nordicrd.com and our analysis platform at app.nordicroad.com (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Services complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
Some features of the Services require an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@nordicrd.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
If your account is provisioned or administered by your organization, that organization may manage your access and may have the ability to view activity and content associated with your account.
The Services and all materials available through them (including reports, analyses, text, graphics, data, software, and the design and arrangement of the Services) are owned by Nordic Road or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and to use the materials made available to you for your own internal, informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Services or their content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by a separate written agreement with us.
“Nordic Road” and our logos are trademarks of Nordic Road LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.

The Services may allow you to submit content, such as questions posed to interactive or AI-assisted features, files or documents you upload, and feedback you provide. You retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting content, you grant Nordic Road a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate the rights of others.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
Portions of the Services, including reports, analyses, and responses from interactive features, are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and it may not reflect the most current events or data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Services, and you should independently verify information before relying on it.
Content available through the Services is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for any business, investment, or policy decision. Any reliance you place on content from the Services is at your own risk.
Some features of the Services may be offered for a fee under a separate order form, subscription, or written agreement. Where such an agreement exists, its terms control with respect to fees, term, and any conflicting provisions, and these Terms continue to apply to everything else.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and linking to them does not imply endorsement. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, and 11 through 16) will survive.
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORDIC ROAD AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nordic Road and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your submissions, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@nordicrd.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may modify or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with any separate written agreement between you and Nordic Road covering the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nordic Road regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
